I heard a terrible story of a PAX only living out the 1st F. He is a failure in the 2nd AND 3rd F of his life. If you are only coming out to the 5:15am portion of F3 you are only putting in 33% of the work. You are one small step above sad clown. Stop being less. Make sure you have a group that holds you accountable. Not just to the gloom, but to your family & your career. We are F3, NOT F1.
