Introduction
It was a full “suck” morning as I met Mr. Belding for a 3 mile EC & we were getting hit in the face with giant rain drops that felt like bullets as they peltted us. The remaining PAX showed up & we decided to huddle up under the pavilion for a little relief, & then we got to work!

- As you start to think about your 2023 goals & all things new, I ask you…will you be a “Lizard” or a “Bullfrog/Leech” when it comes to how F3 fits in your priorities. What does that mean? A “Lizard” is light, fast, always in motion, & prepared to handle change. It has the ability to adapt & is not inhibited by too many rules. A “Bullfrog” is slow, bloated, & does not want to leave it’s lily pad. A lizard orgz/person is working towards a purpose while a Bullfrog stands to exist & get through to the next day. As virtuous leaders we are supposed to think 43 feet ahead, so I ask you what is 43 ft out in front of you? Will you be a lizard or a bullfrog in how you approach F3 next year. Will you step up to Q to accelerate your fitness? Will you prioritize 2nd F events to make deeper connections? Will you volunteer your time to give back to the community? Or will you be a bullfrog & do none of this sitting on the sideline on your lily pad watching all those around you carry the weight & accelerate F3 forward. So, my challenge to everyone as you start setting your goals for 2023 is to think about how you can be a lizard for F3. Aye?
