Introduction

It was an unseasonably warm morning with some fog. 7 HC’s were on their way as Meta modified his EC to warm up. YHC ran a quick 1mile EC to be warm and ready to go.

Coupon swings

After each round: Half lap around the lot

Thang 2: 0540-0555

Set up will be at the two locations in the lot closest to the entrance. Split the pax up, half at each side.

Station 1:

20 Curls
20 OH tricep extension or Skull crushers

Sprint to ->

Station 2:

15 derkins
15 irkens

Sprint back to station 1

Repeat until 0555
