Circle of Trust

Time is valuable, money, scarce.  I am evaluating what I am spending time on.  Starting to contract and outsourcing more to free up time.  Sometimes I do things myself because I can do it faster or already know what to do.  The goal is to save time but I may be missing something in the process.  Don’t ignore the hidden value of being “inefficient” with your time.

  • Learning/ honing a skill doing it yourself
  • Teaching someone else a skill or value
  • Inspiring someone or teaching work ethic
  • Most importantly, justifying a new tool purchase
