Introduction
What a beautiful morning for a Black Diamond at an offsite location. My 2.0 had softball practice here at the beginning of the season so I decided to walk the park. What a hidden gem with a .6 mile double loop. Along the path there is exercise equipment, park benches, and other features to include in a beatdown.

We started on the move to explain the gauntlet. We stopped for a few ab vi godas at the baseball field.
The Thang

Run to baseball field, bernie sanders around the on the bases in the grass.
On the loop, at any park bench, 5 dips
3 burpees at the exchange point, bear crawl to half way point
Run the dog park loop, stopping for marked exercises

Circle of Trust
I spoke about my next chapter is “Shedding my skin” of limiting beliefs and fears that hold me back. The last chapter in my journal and life was about transmuting. I have been identifying my blind spots, limiting beliefs, and areas I want to accel more at. I am really excited for my next chapter as I have a such a better mindset going into it.
