Introduction

I wanted to create a simple workout with some running and lifted that would challenge the OGs and be assessable to a variety of people.  The emphasis here is on keeping it simple.  My Qs are well planned but often have an element that lacks clarity and requires thinking.  Some people just like to show up,  workout and not think.  SO i picked 4 coupon exercises,  1 I tried to make one and it failled 🙁  and also my favorite non- coupon exercise.

Warm-O-Rama

Circle of Trust

My COT focused on a quote from an Artist named “Dax”  I first found this artist when I found his sound called “To Be a Man”  that speaks to mens issues that are often forgotten.

This song “Dear God”  which the quote is from,  is an open letter to god.  He starts and ends by saying that he is in fact a believer and that he’s not questioning the existence of god.  But he wants some answers.

The quote is:  I’m supposed to fear you, but you don’t say shit, so maybe it’s you that fear me.”

I interpret this quote as such:  God fears what we would be without him.  Men should fear what they would be without a grounding.  Fear in this case can be a good motivator.

Naked Man Moleskin

There were a number of naperville PAX that joined today which was super cool.  Thanks for making this Q fun!
