The Thang
Everyone just had to run with at least one other person and the options were out over the bridge on the path until it ends past the schools and the 1.5 and 0.6 mile loops around the AO. Any combination and just be back at 5:55 to stretch
Foundation led a group demostrating and keeping the interval timer for the 1:30 sec run and 30 sec walk intervals. We got right around 3 miles in and he did around a 10-10:30 pace on the run parts.
