Introduction

Cool Fall Morning but great running weather

Warm-O-Rama

Hairy Rockettes, Seated Hamstring stretch, seated quad stretch, downward dog and reclined pigeon pose

The Thang

Everyone just had to run with at least one other person and the options were out over the bridge on the path until it ends past the schools and the 1.5 and 0.6 mile loops around the AO.  Any combination and just be back at 5:55 to stretch

 

Foundation led a group demostrating and keeping the interval timer for the 1:30 sec run and 30 sec walk intervals.  We got right around 3 miles in and he did around a 10-10:30 pace on the run parts.

Circle of Trust

Talked about Change.  Don’t become complacent.  in fitness, personal or work lives.  I am constantly evaluating and tweaking goals or setting new ones in all areas of my life since I started down my path to self discovery when I started F3 over 4 years ago.

Hank Hill ran his PR today for 3 miles.  Way to be a great example brother!
