Introduction
I wanted to continue to incorporate running, which is something I have been trying to do more of. This AO offers some obvious and simple run paths. I have also enjoyed learning some new exercises from iron pax and creating some of my own. So we did a 2 thang full body with some running.
Warm-O-Rama
WOR-
Hairy rockets
Abe vegodas

-rifle carry coupon from circle to 1st marker. Drop on grass and start thang 1.
The Thang
Thang 1: run around large loop.
2 minutes of running
1 minute of mode of transport
Repeat until all modes of
Transport are completed.
Will take 12 minutes plus 6
Modes:
1. lunge walk
- Burpee Broad Jumps
- Bernie Sanders
- Bear Crawl
then pick-up the 6 for a run back to the bridge.
Thang 2
Coupon travel.
Run from bridge to coupons. Travel with coupon from the first market to the 2nd market. Leave coupon. Run to third marker and turn around run back to 2nd marker and repeat mode to 1st marker, run back to bridge.
Coupon Modes:
- Curl power walk
- Magic Legs
- Farmer carry (switch arms second time)
- Murder Blockees
Repeat until 5:54 then poop baby carry coupon back to base.

My circle of trust was about bringing out my long time friend and TKD training partner out Gordon who came out to
TC Iron Pax as an FNG.
