Introduction

Since the Bears Suck this Season, the PAX ran a 2 minute Drill.

Warm-O-Rama

this morning we did:

20- Side Straddle Hops

20- Michael Phelps

15 sec each leg calf stretch

 

The Thang

each line of the parking lot had an increase in reps. we did 10 mountain climbers, 20 chest press, 30 penguins, ran 20 parking spaces, then began the decent. 30 air squats, 20 LBC’s, 10 burpees. Jogged the length of parking lot and repeated.

This is where i discussed the way life has been hitting hard lately and the steps i am doing to help out with my parents being out of work by getting a 2nd job. How even though we may be stressed to the max, there is always those around you that will hep push you to be better and do more.
