Circle of Trust

  • This is my first IPC Q, and in fact this is the first year I’ve done any IPC workouts
  • The fact is, last year I was intimidated by them, and didn’t have the patience to understand them or watch the videos
  • So, I’m trying to work on that and get better, be more involved this year
  • For me, they are a good reminder that sometimes we need to be pushed (at least some of us do) in order to achieve more than we have in the past
  • After Week 1, I had to just lay on my back for a couple of minutes after I completed the circuit – I don’t remember ever having to do that at an F3 workout before, so this shows that the format and the time were effective at pushing me beyond what I believed were my own limits
  • Reflect – what are your limits? Do you think they are real or perceived? They are probably perceived. What do you need to break through that limit and find new levels of performance in whatever you are trying to improve in?

Naked Man Moleskin

Great job this morning men. Most finished and ALL pushed hard and found new levels of capability! Thanks to Napster for having my 6!
