Introduction
Been preparing for this for several weeks. Most people thought that 60 minutes was not enough time to complete this workout, I was determined to get it done

The Thang
Burpee then broad jump. OYO 1 mile or 6:00.
Mod 1- Burpee then 2 lunge steps
Mod 2- 2 squats then 2 lunge walks
Circle of Trust
I have stated I wanted to do this a few weeks ago, maybe even a couple of months. Its funny cause I kept hearing and Picasso even said it to me yesterday that it took Tyson Bagent 1 hour and 9 minutes. Some of my COTs lately I kinda casually said “we will see how far we get” I knew I was going to get the mile in under an hour. I had all the confidence in the world and it was time to get after it……. I have been doing 500-600 burpees every day for the last couple of weeks, and bottom line is I got it done, I can now take that off my accountability mirror and put it into my accomplishment binder.
David Goggins says be uncommon around the uncommon, men F3 is Uncommon, everyone that came to attempt the burpee mile is uncommon among the uncommon. We have a lot of black diamond usual’s that looked at my pre blast and said f-that, that is fine that is their choice, but you men took that challenge. Big accomplishment for me, Start of lap 3 I was it was 5:31, thats the hardest lap for me, but when I saw I had 29 minutes to complete 2 laps, I knew I had it as long as I kept moving forward!!!! So proud of all the men that came out!!
