Introduction
First, I’d like to thank Millville for inviting me to F3 CMW to Q up a Black Diamond. I was honored for the opportunity to support the new region by way of a killer workout. The fact that this fell on September 11th made it all that more special. Shout out to Soft Hands, Bunny Hill, Yellow Card and of course Millville for coming out to the beatdown.

Circle of Trust
September 11th – never forget
- This is the 23rd anniversary of the terror attack on the United States
- A total of 2,977 people died when 19 al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked 4 commercial planes in a coordinated attack on our country
- The deadliest terror attack in US history
- This was fueled by al-Qaeda’s hatred of America
- One of the worst hate-driven acts of violence in the history of the world (unfortunately there are many others)
- Hatred is too common in our world and in our society
- Hatred is a result of envy, jealousy, superiority, lack of understanding, failure to listen to others, failure to value the miracle of life in all its forms
- We need to embrace love and reject hatred
- To love is to see the good in everyone
- To love is to listen to everyone
- To love is to be grateful for the blessings you have received
- To love is to accept everyone
- We are here to invigorate community leaders who can show why it’s important to embrace love and reject hate
- So go love

Great push by all the PAX. Excellent Site Q support by Millville. I especially loved the supportive mumble chatter to encourage each other to keep going and get through this workout, it was a pretty tough one!
Never Forget!
