PAX were told two courses around the AO.  Only rules.  had to be with at least one other person and return at 5:55 to stretch

 

Foundation led a group doing the Galloway Run/Walk Method where you can control your heart rate to keep it from spiking and in turn can increase your cardio and distance in a safer fashion instead of running as hard as you with your heart rate in the upper 170+ range

 

We did 1:30 min run and 30 sec walk for the time with the faster PAX running a little bit ahead and then picking up the slower pax in the run/walk group
