Introduction

Deliverance promised a Hillbilly Beatdown for his first VQ and told the PAX they’d be hitting that hill, running the Ridge like true mountain men, and loving every second of the beatdown in the lush bluegrass. And who knows, by the end, everyone might just be squealing like a pig.

The beatdown required coupons, shoes for all terrain, heart, strength and fire.

It was nice warm morning, the hill lit up like an air strip on all sides and many pax arriving early for EC 1.5 or more mile runs.

The turnout had been described as a convergence-like event.

Circle of Trust

Beat downs and Build ups

Real men lift each other up, not just in strength, but in character. — Unknown

We show up for these beatdowns to push ourselves, challenge our limits, and grow stronger together.

But the real strength comes in the “build-ups”—how we encourage, support, and uplift each other in every aspect of life.

It’s easy to take on the beatdowns, but it’s our responsibility to be leaders who lift each other up at home, at work, and in the community.

1. Be Intentional

2. Offer Support

3. Share Wisdom

4. Celebrate Together

5. Lead by Example

Deliverance led pax on prayer with intentions for 3 families struggling through difficulties wirh the ask that the men gathered be provided the strength, wisdom, compassion, and capabilities to lead positively within their communities and homes in order to be a positive force of change and support.
