Circle of Trust

We had a lot of celebration workouts this week, Monday I was at Foundations, Tuesday and Wednesday I was in Vegas, Thursday at Dilly’s 5 year and Friday at Bunkers Bday Q, all of these were great workouts, and I am really sore, so much so that I was texting Bunker last night telling him I was rethinking my Q.  However I have a goal of doing the Burpee Mile.  I heard some mumble chatter, mostly by Dauber that its impossible to do it in an hour, and it very well maybe but that wont stop me from trying and attempting to.  Last week I talked about Henry Fords Quote, whether you think you can or you think you cant you are right.  Gentlemen, you need to have goals, something to work towards otherwise you are just running around aimlessly.  Find a goal, put in the work to prepare to compete, and get out there and give it your all.
