Rotating Stations

3 rounds at same station then run to cone halfway across lot and back and go to next station clockwise during that timed round

40 seconds exercise and 10 seconds rest

Hammer Curl and press

Squat w/ alternating hip swings

Airplanes

Bent over Rows

Chest Presses

Dumbbell Swings

Reverse Flys

I spoke about that we all not good things that happen and for years I would just try and bury it and not deal with it and “suck it up” so to speak.  But it is healthy to address and accept that bad things happen to you but don’t let it control you and feel sorry for yourself.  I will allow myself a little bit of time to feel sorry for myself and then figure out a course of action or plan
