Circle of Trust

HYDRATE and Drink more H2O.  Not just today in this record heat and humidity but even in the middle of winter.  Men should drink at least 3.7 liters of water per day and less than 1/2 of us actually drink enough water.

There are so many health benefits that come from drinking water.  I keep an empty milk gallon filled with water in the fridge everyday so I know if i drink enough and always have cold water around.  Unless I am doing a 72 hour fast; i still rarely get enough.  Suggest having 1-2 mugs after workouts before coffee and also having a water every handful of alchoholic drinks at the bar.

78 Degrees + humidity at the start of the workout.  All Plainfield high school sports and many sports leagues are cancelled city-wide for a 2nd day in a row.  Today will reach 110 degree feels like temp with the humidity and the 98 degrees before humidity will likely set a record temp for 8/27.
