Circle of Trust
Today’s workout was intentionally designed to target muscle groups that are often neglected in our F3 routines—abs, legs, and stretching. This focus reflects a parallel to what I’ve been contemplating while reading Forgotten God, a book that challenges modern Christians to not overlook the significance of the Holy Spirit. Just as we strive to ensure our bodies are well-rounded and strong, we must also ensure that our lives reflect the virtues we work on in F3. Can people recognize our values by the way we live and act? Just as the fruits of the Spirit should be self-evident, so too should be the integrity and strength we cultivate in both body and spirit.
Matthew 7:16-20 (NIV):
“By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.”

Café Binford was open and we enjoyed a good cup of coffee before breaking off to enjoy the rest of our day.
