We did one legged arm circles, hairy rockettes, abe vigodas, downward dog and seated V hamstring stretches

The Thang

five cones spaced down parking lot.  Base of the ladder by the flags and you did the number of the exercise and then ran or walked to the rung of the ladder

start with the closest cone/rung and come back to the bottom and subtract two reps then run/walk to the next farther rung/cone.

We started with 20 then 18 16 14 …

Switch to next exercise and with 20 after you “climbed” the ladder all the way

Exercises: Curls, Skullcrushers, Squats w/ alternating hip swings (inward), Overhead Press, Chest Press, Sumo Squats

Circle of Trust

I talked about how we need goals and that I’ve talked about this lately in my COT’s but we also need to step back and evaluate periodically if we are still making progress towards our goals.  If we stop working towards a goal then it becomes a dream again.  This periodic reflection will help us get reinvigorated towards that goal or perhaps you may need to tweak a goal due to your current circumstances or where you are at now compared to when you originally made that goal.
