The Thang
We did a simple out and back run, directing PAX to turn around at 20 minutes to ensure we were back by 6:00. With 20 PAX, there were several groups that developed at different pace groups so everyone could push themselves to get better. If you want to run faster, run with people that will push your pace!
Circle of Trust
COT focused on something I recently saw on social media about the top 10 signs you are a great teammate, and the connection of these lessons to F3 and the team we create at our events and workouts.
10. You’re willing to play any role that helps the team.
9. You would rather score less and win than score a lot and lose.
8. When your team scores, the first people you congratulate are your teammates.
7. You love practice as much as you love games.
6. You respect your opponents but don’t fear them.
5. You listen, are coachable and respect your coaches and officials.
4. You are quick to pick up a teammate who is having a bad day.
3. You help younger teammates who have less experience.
2. You learn and grow from your own mistakes, as well as others.
1. You’re confident, but not arrogant.
If you think about it, there are great connections to how we build our team at F3 and the lessons that we can take from this list.
Naked Man Moleskin
There were several prayer requests for relatives and friends of PAX – and a reminder that we get to do this every day!
