No Coupons needed as we will be on the move so shoes for pavement and gloves if that’s your thing. Towel would also be a good idea and change of clothes. Be prepared to level up :lfg:
Drop that HC so @Trifecta and YHC can supply up in the thread below.

Circle of Trust
Conversations that you think are small and forgetful are often more powerful that you know. Words can motivate and encourage and at the same time redirect an entire path for someone.
I thought nothing of the first time I met Meta in the gloom. In fact and at that time I was more concerned with myself and my injury that with FNGs, F3 or the mission. After several months and his first year he explained the details of our first meeting of me doing EC lifting at the tailgate of my car with crutches. He knew nobody in F3 and what I said and did may have been a one and done but instead he is now the Nantan of out region.
I take each interaction with you all and others to heart. I don’t show up to work 1:1’s and make it about me or negative. I’m choosing my words as wise as a I can with my family knowing that one comment or interaction can change the path.

So many takeaways from this morning…..
Do not be late. Start time is 0515, you are HCing and accountable to others.
AAR was excellent. As a Q I need to have a plan for two groups. We should have regrouped halfway out and split the group as needed with two plans. @Trifecta did an excellent job of stepping up to lead when needed.
Arm Blasters are likely more fun when the splash pad is running but we will never know.
@YellowPages @Meta @Space Invader @Glass Jo @Celine Dion Your effort was at 100, no quit and that is what this is all about.
FNG Jacob will have to get a new name as I accidentally approved a duplicate.
BackBlast FOMO coming….
