Circle of Trust
Men, over the last year I would hear rumblings from the pax with feedback on events, workout schedules, or 2nd/3rd F activities. Often it was brought to my attention 2nd or 3rd hand, as “I heard someone say….”.
The PAX on the SLT want to hear that feedback. If you have suggestions, bring them up to the SLT. If there is something you want to do, run it by them and take action.

Brutal workout. I had to modify a few exercises and do 2 sets of an exercise. Maybe next time I’ll have the pax call cadence to get them more engaged.
