Circle of Trust
I highly recommend setting goals for yourself and publishing them on slack and/or to another PAX. You won’t believe the support, motivation and accountability you’ll receive from the other PAX in our region. Last year during Reindeer Games I decided to set 3 goals.
The first goal was have a 10% Q to Post count ratio – This morning, I was at exactly 10% with 630 Posts to 63 Q’s
The second goal was to get on the Valor flag – I had my work cut out for me as Dauber set a specific goal of getting 366 posts for the year, 1 post per each day of the year, this gave me the motivation to continue to post.
The third goal was to start up an evening boot camp in the Northern side of F3P – Successfully launched El Coyote with consistent high attendance
I wouldn’t have been successful without the support and motivation from all the PAX around me. Whether it was the friendly reminder from other PAX that Dauber was catching me in post counts or the 20 men who showed up to support the launch of the new AO, the encouragment was invaluable. This experience reminded me of the importance of not only being a consumer of F3 but giving back by leading my peers, as one of our core principles states.
My only regret was not setting the goals earlier in the year. For the newer PAX, today is the last day of the F3P “fiscal” year 4. Tomorrow year 5 starts and any new posts will now be counted towards year, we all start at zero for year 5.
So set them goals and get after it!

Pleasantly surprised to see @Atari come to my BC this morning. He was only in town for 2 days before he has to fly back out to Colorado Springs.
