The rain held off!
Warm-O-Rama
Stretched legs – Hairy Rockettes, Seated V Toe Touches, Reclined Pigeon Pose, Seated Quad Stretch and Downward Dog
The Thang
Ran the loop leading one group with 1:30 min slow run and 30 sec walk where the faster runners circled back to pick up the 6 and we stayed together. The faster group ran out past the school on the path and back to the outer 1.5 loop. We finished with Stretching at the flags for Mary
Circle of Trust
Gratitude can make such a difference. I talked about how lately I have been letting my jester of self confidence get into the way again. I stopped the downward spiral and focused on thinking about the things in my life that I am grateful for. I challenged the PAX to think about one thing that they are grateful for and to do so daily.
