Circle of Trust

As I am sitting in my basement at 920pm last night exhausted from the day with no time for myself, tornado sirens going off and my M driving in a bad storm I thought to myself….am I really prepared for hard things?

Or is that just something we say because we wake up early and push ourselves to the max with working out.

I didn’t have extra food, water, charging banks or anything if we were to be trapped in the basement. I’m not prepared. What happens to the house? Where do we live? How do I get my M home?

I’m not prepared. Being able to take on hard situations starts with a plan, process and standards in place. Take a look at an area of your life and plan for a scenario that will be hard. Ok, now you can say you are ready for hard things ahead.

Aye!

Naked Man Moleskin

Losing two PAX out of 7 to start the morning isn’t ideal. We had hard chargers, guys who gave effort and guys that motivated others. It was a memorable beatdown and Foreclosure ensured that I delivered.

Chum Bucket ECRing in front the house, perfect.

7 min miles because of Broomstick pushing the 12, loved it.

Pull Up throwing a brick down the road, epic.
