Introduction
Decided to try my hand in a Pearls on a String beatdown for the first time, thinking it would be easy, I found that I should have brought Peach the cattle dog to round everyone up.

Circle of Trust
Today was about TEAMWORK, I tried to get the Pax to help out with cadence & leading reps along our pearls route to show that F3 is best with Teamwork.
“Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, and working together is success” – Henry Ford
Having joined F3 is your beginning, posting and staying consistent is your progress, and working with other Pax to better yourself and the region is the Success. Use other Pax to help you grow, dont always looked to be pushed to be better, rather seek out & find other PAX that are better than you in a given field, whether it be running, lifting, etc and pull yourself up to their level. If we are always looking for a push from PAX are we really growing?
Naked Man Moleskin
I shouldnt assume a Pearls on a String is easy to Q like I did, I prepared and thought I was planned, but not taking into account different PAX running levels, etc we kept spreading out. I should have also given more rest/recover time at each stop along the way for PAX to catch up and had to add a stop at the end due to getting in early. Next time I will do better at timing out the route and knowing how to circle back or have a PAX lead an exercise while we wait for the 6
