Introduction

This week at the Colosseum-  THE AMAZING RACE RUCK

PAX headed out to the Colosseum for an AMAZING RACE Style Ruck.  PAX were split into 3 groups, using Amazing race clues, they were told which rucking pathway to take and what exercises to do along the way.  They finished with a GLORY OF LOVE MARY.  PT Stops focused on lower body and we were on pavement the whole tie.

Warm-O-Rama

Warm-up included the disclaimer,  creed and mission mixing in Tappy-Taps, Side Straddle Hops, partner calf stretches, and Michael Phelps.

PAX were then split into 3 groups and given their first clue.

The Thang

PAX were split into three groups and worked their way across the AO finding clues that led to the next workout and their path forward.  We mixed in Squat Potato, grady corn squats, and Lt. Dans(because he ain’t got no legs, so we burned ours).  PAX converged at the fork in the road for some tree huggers and we all ruffle ran together back to Mary.

For MARY PAX held plank during the Song,  The Glory of Love.  when the knight in shining armor arrived.  It was time to recover.

Circle of Trust

It’s hard to be a man,  even though the world was built by us,  sometimes it doesn’t feel like it’s built for us.  PAX are the type of men that are breaking through this barrier.  Our young men and sons are going to have a harder time with this.  The world is definitely not built for them.  The weak men of our past have brought bad times,  our PAX and 2.0 can be the strong men to lead us out of it.

Naked Man Moleskin

I had to set-up for this around 4am.  It’s very common at this AO for PAX to arrive early for an extra credit ruck or run.  The ECers were shocked to see me driving around the AO(both on the road and otherwise..) setting the clues.  I enjoyed showing some creativity and was grateful at the positive response.  I have already signed up for additional Q.
