There were 15 different ab exercises. Each exercise was in a different parking space. There was a Tabata timer going. Every exercise was done for a minute and you had 20 seconds to switch to the next exercise. We were able to get through all the exercises and start the next round again before heading back to the middle circle to end with merkins ring of fire.
Circle of Trust
My COT was about making time because everyone is waiting in line to enter the after life. You need to make time to do all the thinks and don’t hold back. Enjoy life!
