Introduction

Can’t just be a consumer of this gift so it was my time to Q.  Hot and steamy is better than wet and cold in my eyes!  Wasn’t sure if it was going to be a resistance band only workout with one station, but decided on multiple stations with a few resistance band movements and one new piece of equipment.

Circle of Trust

Lots going on in F3 Plainfield and the PAX heard all about it from Zimmer.  No shortage of stuff to get involved with…. Don’t just be a consumer!  Thoughts and Prayers were completed.

Naked Man Moleskin

Started back up something I used to do (this may have been something Dilly Dilly started?) called The 6th Man (the person who is number 6 in Count-A-Rama comes in the circles and shares about themselves).

Today the 6th Man was Sizzler (Jacob Gercone)    He’s the nephew of @Den Mother.  He enjoys cooking and weightlifting.  Finished coursework at Lewis University and wants to join the Air Force doing cybersecurity.

Sometimes it’s sociably awkward to go up to some dude and try and explain F3 and to invite him to a workout, but for a second can you imagine what that man that might be going through in his life?  The struggles, the challenges, the failures, all the crap that he might be dealing with?  Do you remember the first time you were approached?  Were you going through some stuff?  Were you searching for something?  Check your uncomfortableness at the door!  You might be saving a man’s life, you might be getting another man back on track.   You could be the difference maker.  Aye!
