Introduction
Pat M. entered on duty as an Operations Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency’s Directorate of Operations in 2002. Patrick joined CIA in the wake of September 11th to serve and make a difference. Pat excelled in the art of recruiting and running human sources reporting on Counterterrorism and Foreign Intelligence. Pat did eight tours overseas in combat theatres and throughout the Near East. Patrick was one of the great ones.
Pat died overseas in May 2023, was repatriated and buried in Northern Virginia. Patrick was married and a girl Dad with three daughters.
