Introduction
I’ve been Q’ing one round of speed disc golf each year I’ve been part of F3. This will be the third time for year 3. Foreclosure joined me as co-Q as he knows the course well. We ran an EC3 prior to the beatdown to check out if there were any hazards we should avoid. We got 9 HCs, so decided to break into 3 teams of 3 PAX. Everyone arrived a few minutes early, so we explained the rules quickly, and then went into WoR right at 6:30.
Warm-O-Rama

SSH OYO for the F3 mission, core principles, and credo.
Warm-up stretches (ICx8): Helicopters, Hamstring scoops, WMH with overhead arm reaches, TIE fighters, and Michael Phelps.
Split into 3 teams with Chum Bucket, Foreclosure, and Hot Lava being the captains.
The Thang
11 holes of speed disc golf. Team members alternate their throws. Run between each throw. If you aren’t running or throwing, you’re high planking. At the end of each hole, we tally the score. Low score team gets to pick the exercise, and high score team has to lead the exercise for the group. Everyone does the exercise together. Number of exercise reps is determined by the high score with multipliers. Par 5s had a 2x multiplier, par 4s had a 3x multiplier, and par 3s had a 4x multiplier.
