Introduction
The greater F3 St. Louis region lost a PAX on 4/29/2024. Jason “Falcon” Richards, an FNG, had just finished his first workout and was enlightening the PAX in attendance about who he was before getting his F3 name, he collapsed and later passed away. The St. Louis region rallied and posted to F3 Nation and asked F3 Regions to hold a tribute beatdown on 5/6/2024 at an AO in their respective regions to garner support for the family (wife and 4 kids) while also remembering the tragic loss of this man. Once YHC saw the opportunity, it was a no brainer to Q this up as there happened to be a open Q spot (which are far and few to find these days)

Circle of Trust
Den Mother passed on all the great opportunities coming up within the F3 Plainfield region. TAPs went out to the Jason “Falcon” Richards family as well as the Sourek family (Morticia) as both families have lost significant men in their families in the last week.
YHC’s message was similar to the last few COT messages and a common theme I’ve read from other COT’s recently. I’m not sure if YHC as well as other MEN in the gloom are thinking about the subject more or what, but the message is clear…Time is a Thief and its Undefeated. There’s so much noise and distraction in the world that it can be easy to get caught up in it and forget what’s really important in life. YHC implored the men in attendance to take stock of what (who) is the most important in their life and intentionally lean in and be present. Live. Rest. None of us are promised the next hour, day, week, or years. We have far less time on this earth then we think we have. Don’t’ put off tomorrow what you can do today. Live like Jason “Falcon” Richards. Live like Chuck Sourek….Live brothers!
BTW: I failed to pass this on, but its also important…GO GET A CHECKUP WWITH YOUR DOCTOR. Far too often us MEN try and be tough guys and avoid going to the doctor at all costs. You cant’ help others if you’re not around to help. Annual physical (colonoscopy, prostate, all that stuff) Do you really want to hear these words from a doctor, “…well had you been coming on a regular basis maybe we could’ve done something or prevented something.” C’mon Men!
Naked Man Moleskin
Tough beatdown. No PAX were able to finish the beatdown within the 35 minutes or so once we got started. What was really cool to see was Flo blocking the FNG (Steve) from leaving the Ridge when he showed up a few minutes after WOR. Apparently Steve saw the coupons and thought he didn’t have the right equipment so he couldn’t join us and decided to start driving away….what he didn’t realize is Flo is a runner these days and was able to apprehend Steve. “Leave No Man Behind”, right! Steve was nervous to come out per a conversation the day before on FB, but he showed up. In fact, Steve…I mean Bull Hurley HC’d for tomorrow at The Ridge! Steve is now forever known in the F3 world as Bull Hurley, but lest not forget he was almost named “Irish Goodbye” Thanks to all the PAX (men of F3) in attendance, thanks Hanger for the coffee, thanks Foghorn for the great mumblechatter at Coffeteria. NEVER FORGET – WE GET TO DO THIS!
