Introduction
Cutler’s 138 Days of Pain. Celebrating 138 days since my ankle injury and mashing. 5 more days until the green light clearance of full return to action (fingers crossed).
Was expecting heavy rain. Workout planned accordingly.

3 Stations with 3 exercises each. 138 Total Reps with 5 burpees after each full round.
Round 1 = 38 reps.
Rounds 2-5 = 25 reps each with 5 burpees at end of each round.
Station 1:
- Dips
- Derkins
- Shoulder Taps (2 is 1)
Station 2:
- Step-Ups (2 is 1)
- Coupon Calf Raises on curb
- Squats (your choice with or w/o coupon)
Station 3:
- Chest Presses
- Skull Crushers
- Coupon Swings
5 Burpees and repeat Stations 1-3.

Perseverance. 138 days since injury and 5 more to go.
Dauting to look at the whole journey at once and easy to feel sorrow for it. 1 Day or Day 1? 1 step at a time and being in the gloom (even mashing) with HIM’s and fellowship is far better than OYO or making excuses.
Persevere with work, family, community challenges as well. Just break things down in to smaller sections and get started. 1 step at at time.
