Introduction
It was a nice spring morning and great for a workout.
Warm-O-Rama
dynamic stretching (side shuffle, butt kickers, and skipping)
Hairy Rockettes, Arm circles, quad stretches and downward dog
The Thang
Thang 1 – Lined up on one side of the parking lot and did 20 merkins then side shuffled to other side and did 20 squats with hip abduction. Then side shuffled back to the other side. Now subtracted 2 so 18 on each side then 16 then 14 and so forth.
Thang 2 – In pavilion, did 20 curls and 20 overhead presses then ran to the bus stop shelter down the path and did 2 leg raises. Ran back and then did 20 dips and 20 bent over rows then ran tot he bus stop and added 2 so 4 leg raises.
In the pavilion we just kept switching between the two sets of exercises but kept adding 2 leg raises every time at the bus stop.
Circle of Trust
Talked about taking a chance in life. Trying new things. Life is short. I challenged the PAX to try something new over the next few days.
