Introduction
Fridays get all the love at Three Rivers and for good reason, but I’m trying to bring that energy to Thursday too. Also, the Bulls sent the Hawks packing last night so I dedicated this workout to number 11 DeMar DeRozan. Put these two together and we had a kick ass workout at Three Rivers this morning.
Warm-O-Rama
Pretty standard fair for the warm-o-rama. Tappy taps, Abe vigoda’s, arm stretches, calf stretches. Wrapped it up with motivators from five. Nothing to write home about here had to get right into this workout.
The Thang
With some Metallica playing in the background we hit our 11s hard and fast this morning. First set was curls on one end and dips on the other. Second set was overhead press and merkins. Wrapped it all up with coupon squats and big boys. Nothing too pretty or fancy just some good all around body exercises and a decent amount of running. I think we hit close to 2 miles on this one boys.
Circle of Trust
I’ve been making every excuse in the book to not get on the Q sheet. Trifecta remove my final excuse when he called me out as part of the Q sheet challenge and I’m thankful for that. Cot focused on what we do when we’re presented with a challenge. We can make solutions or we can make excuses. For a while I made excuses why I wasn’t on the sheet today I made a solution and I asked the pax to do the same.
