Five Stations

One in each corner of lot and one in the middle of the parking lot

Station one – 1/2 coupons here – 15 curls, 15 overhead presses

Station 2 – 1/2 coupons here – 15 bent over rows, 15 skullcrushers

Station 3 – 5 squats with hip abduction, 10 side shuffle & door slam

Station 4 – 10 side step & jump, 5 WWI Situps

Middle – 3 merkins, 3 leg raises

Split the PAX into 4 groups and they all started at a corner station.  You did the exercises OYO and then always run back to the middle station and do the exercises before running out to the next station rotating clockwise.

Circle of Trust

Talked about living your life without regrets.  Don’t keep putting off doing things or dreams.  I challenged the PAX to do something that they have wanted to do but keep putting off.
