A nice morning.  The rain held off.

Dynamic stretches (side shuffle, butt kickers and high knees)

Abe Vigodas

Arm Circles

Downward Dog

The Thang

Thang 1 Legs Tabata – 35 seconds exercise and 10 sec rest

Squats w hip abduction  (two sets)

Diagonal Kickbacks (Right leg set, left leg set, right leg set, left leg set) 4 sets

Squats with hip swings (two sets)

Seated Leg Extensions (right leg set, left leg set, right leg set, left leg set) 4 sets

Cross Crunche w alternating toe touch (2 sets)

 

Thang 2

20 curls, 20 dips then run half parking lot lap

20 bent over rows, 20 overhead presses then run half parking lot lap

Rinse and Repeat.  We got in around 1.3 miles of running
