Talked about building in time to recover. It’s fun to do hard shit but we have to be able to do it, to do it in the manner that gives us joy. Listen to your body so you can achieve those hard thing and have a plan in place to care for it when needed. Getting called out to a beatdown is a great thing, and saying no is hard, but sometimes its the right decision.

Rep count seemed to get us to fatigue. Pivoted the ab exercises from Shakira to Big Body; got the sense that was a better option. Worked in some new broga posed like Warrior 2, reverse warrior, side lunges, and cobra/up dogs.
