Introduction

6 PAX Weren’t fooling around and decided to kick off April by getting after it.

The Thang

Thang 1:

  • Run to Seil Road and back while stopping periodically to hammer out 15 burpees. (100 burpees total)

Thang 2:

  • Dips (20 reps)
  • OHP (10 reps)
  • Rowers (15 reps)
  • Shakiras (10 reps IC)
  • repeat 6 times

Thang 3:

  • Love Sacs (10 reps each side)
  • Bent over rows (10 reps)
  • repeat 3 times

Circle of Trust

Shared that I’ve been dealing with some burnout. Have too many projects and spinning too many plates. Feeling overwhelmed and defeated cause I’m not completing projects. Committing myself to focusing on my top 3 items this week. Going to prioritize and execute. If I can do those 3 things I will consider myself successful for the week. If this works I’m going to take it with me into the next week and see if I can make some real progress.
