Introduction

The evening BC was available so I took the Q.  Plan was to keep the PAX in cadence during all exercises with strict form.  I also wanted little to no rest so active recovery was used in between movements.

Warm-O-Rama

WoR consisted of some yoga moves, deep stretching, and movement to warm the PAX up

The Thang

Too many exercises to list we hit the below body parts with active recovery between sets.

  • Arms
  • Back
  • Chest
  • Legs

SSH, Plank Jax, Mtn Climbers, and step ups were used for active recovery

Circle of Trust

I discussed with the PAX our region will not advance if our PAX don’t contribute to our 2nd and 3rd F missions.  We are also led in a peer rotating fashion and its critical we step up to Q a workout.

Naked Man Moleskin

Thanks to the other 10 PAX that pushed their muscles to failure and supported each other along the way.
