Circle of Trust

Our reality is our own interpretation of our reality.  The way we respond to our environment, events that happen to us, or around us, is our responsibility.  We may not be able to change these events directly, but we can certainly impact their influence on us and find ways to positively respond to unfortunate or undesirable predicament.

This perspective is best conveyed by Jocko Willink’s video “GOOD”.  Link below.

Naked Man Moleskin

The MEN who showed up this morning made the most of the challenge presented to them.  I want to thank each and everyone of them for attacking this workout head on.  Even thought we did not get to do the whole beatdown as the original challenge was presented, I think it is possible for some to finish in a full 60 minutes.  Milleville, Storm Chaser, Bob Villa, Spike Horn, and Bueller, you men are beasts!
