The Thang

Very simple design. Coupon exercise station at flags, mosey to coffee pavilion, body weight exercise station there, mosey back to the flags. Repeat to Mary. Only one exercise at a time was done at each station. The exercises in order were:

Coupon Station: Curls (25), Chest Press (25), Coupon Squats (25) and OHP (25)

Body Weight Station: Perfect Merkins (25), Dips (25), Step-ups (25/leg), and Burpees (15)

Was going to be OYO, but given the small group, modification was called for the group to stay together.

Mary: Very Simple Design of 20 Big Boys and 1 minute Low Plank, Repeat to Recover-Recover. Many abs were on fire by 6:00.

Circle of Trust

YHC shared a personal challenge regarding daughter who went out of state for college and consequently has substantial student loans. Did not secure a job in field of degree, is now two years removed from college and consistently regularly needs money for payments but does not seem to be making effort to get better better job or second job yet still takes frequent ski and climbing trips.

Pax were extremely helpful with ideas on how to help her manage the debt and supportive of allowing her to struggle and possibly fail for the growth and development that can be positive outcome of adversity.

Naked Man Moleskin

Was very stormy last night. YHC was happy there was no more thunder and lightning at 5:15 but actually found himself wishing there had been more rain. Weird that he felt the condition were not hard enough.
