Introduction

It was a beautiful morning for a run, hovering at around 50 degrees.

The deer were out and weren’t frightened off from the clydesdales and gazelles that showed up this morning.

Circle of Trust

Had a busy weekend, I have a hard time saying no every time I am asked to something.  I committed to working extra hours to help my peers on Thursday night, Saturday and Sunday.  But I also committed to two boot camps, a motorcycle ride and my niece’s birthday party on Saturday.  It drives my wife crazy but I truly enjoy spending time with my friends and family.  It means a lot to me when people take me into consideration when planning events and invite me and I show my appreciation by showing up.  A lot of times we can’t spend the entire time with them because I’ve double booked, lol but I cherish the time regardless.  So to all the PAX make sure that you spend time with friends and family and of course cherish those times.

Naked Man Moleskin

It was really good to see Ditka, haven’t seen him in a while, glad that he made his way back out.

Received positive feedback on Q’ing a run club at Bucktown, both gazelle and clydesdale friendly.

AAR, we forgot to take a count and check CPR certified.
