The Thang
Two thangs
Thang 1 – subtracting 2
Two stations on either side of the parking lot long ways.
Squats w/ atlernating lateral hip swings on one side and merkins on other. Do 14 squat/hip swings and side shuffle to other station and do 14 merkins and side shuffle back facing the same direction. Subtract 2 so 12 on each side and then 10 and then 8 until Pull-Up got to zero and then went to thang 2
Thang 2
Two stations. One at the pavilion and one where path intersects the sidewalk along the road
Do 12 curls and 12 dips at the pavilion and run to the other station and do 5 plank jacks and run back.
then do 12 overhead presses and 12 bent over rows and run to other station and do 5 plank jacks. Just alternate between the two groups of exercises everytime you return to the pavilion and always do 5 plank jacks at the other station.
