The Thang

3 stations set up today where we parntnered up in groups of 2-3 based on perceived fitness levels. Goal was to get as many rounds as possible before Mary.
Station 1 – parking lot –  rifle carry to cone 2,  suitcase carry back to cone 1, other arm suitcase carry to cone 2, and rifle carry back to come 1 again. From there do 25 OHP, 25 goblet squats, 25 bent over rows, and 25 chest press.

Station 2 – pavilion by softball fields – 25 Irkins, 25 derkins, 25 fwd step ups, 25 lateral step ups.

Station 3 – under coffee pavilion- 10 burpees, 40LBCs, 40 Big boys

12 merkins before each round was the buy in – in honor of 12 yr old Gianna who lost her life tragically last week.

Circle of Trust

“If we don’t change, we don’t grow.”  If we don’t grow, then we aren’t living.”

Challenged the pax to think a little differently and find something in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd F that they don’t really normally do and lock-in on it. I’ve challenged myself the past year or so to dive into 3rd f opportunities and now I’m trying to get my kids to understand the importance of it also. Last night on the way home after taking my son to help at the church where Gianna’s service was held, he said I’m glad that I went dad. I’m glad I was able to help out a little bit and do something good.”

As leaders we can do so many things but if we aren’t changing anything then we aren’t growing. Live 3rd!
