Introduction

We started by holding a squat.  This was done to honor the potty training work that my wife’s cousin is doing.  At just under 2 years old, she is doing a surprisingly great job!  We are all often capable of doing more than we think!

Warm-O-Rama

We ran to the top lot and did some Good mornings, Abe Vigodas, and Imperial walkers.

The Thang

We around the AO and did some work at each location.

The top lot – 1 Burpee at each parking lot line.  There and back.  Pickup the 6 and finish with him.

The Pavilion – 15 Derkins, 30 Merkins, 45 Urkins (pick up the 6 and finish with him)

The Bandshell – American Hammers, LBC’s, hold plank

The Big Wall stairs – HotLava Hops and Squats.

The back lot – Rocky Balboas, Dips, and a Wall sit

The big hill – Run to the top for 10 Irkins, head down and back up for 9 Irkins.  Keep going, dropping by 1 Irkin each trip to the top.  Find the 6 and finish with him.

We were pretty much dead at that point.  Head back to the bandshell for mary.

Mary consisted of American hammers, LBCs, planks, and streching.  Kudos to Schlitz for the pigeon stretch.

It has been great to see all the big numbers posted by the guys lately.  Refecting on how each post has been part of building something bigger.
