7 station 45/15 second Dora/Tabata rotate.

1. Partner 1 hold barbell of 115 lbs and do V leg lifts. Partner 2 riffle carry around cone and back with 57 pound ultra coupon.
2. Partner 1 does 50 pound upright rows with curl bar. Partner 2 does sprint suicide runs.
3. partner 1 rows a 60 pound sandbag. Partner 2 farmer carry 2 coupons around cone and back.
4. Partner 1 does 40# sandbag burpee toss over head. Partner 2 holds 2 (45#) plates in a shrug position and walks around cones and back.
5. Partner 1 does overhead press. Partner 2 does lunges to cone and back with 30# sand bag.
6. Partner 1 does big boy blockies. Partner 2 does tire sled pull with 25# plate inside.
7. Partner 1 and 2 both leap frog for 2 rounds.
