Introduction
HC’s were light region wide for this morning beatdown. Not sure what was keeping the guys in bed. The weather this morning was pretty warm compared to the past few weeks, and no rain. I arrive early to check the lot for ice and took a lap around the school to see how things were. No Ice! Perfect! With icy conditions the past few days, I was looking to open things up and do a bit more running this morning.

Circle of Trust
Over the years I have witnessed many great F3 moments and last night, at Bob Villa’s Open Mic, was another wonderful example of the power of F3. There were nearly 12 men, from all different walks of life, collected together to have a beer and watch some live music. During one of Villa’s sets, we talked Axl, who was initially reluctant to step, as he did not want to interrupt, join Villa on stage. As the two of them were jamming out, it became very clear to me that the only reason that these men were collected here was because of F3. The bonds we formed in the gloom extending into other portions of our life. The real power of F3 is allowing this to happen and to fully embrace the 2nd and 3rd F opportunities when they present themselves. This becomes even more powerful when you, yourself, start taking the lead.
