Snow Miles count as double so we are looking to get 6 (3 actual miles) in all snow around the AO with minimal use of the pavement. We ran the permiter of the entire AO and Bott Park property, around every baseball field, through the pavilion and back and forth in the open soccer fields. Total miles were right under 3/ 6 miles.
Circle of Trust
You say you would die for your family and loved ones but are you willing to live for them?
Your family and loved ones don’t need you to take a bullet for them or to die for them. They need you to live for them, be present and with them. This starts with taking care of yourself both physically and mentally. If you aren’t covering the 1stF and taking care of yourself then you aren’t living or dieing for your family, you are just being selfish and lazy. If you are taking time daily to think “how can I help my M or 2.0’s live better or reach their goals” then you are dieing for them and not living. If you are not learning, seeking knowledge, listening to others and sharing that with your family and loved ones while being accepting of different ideas and ways of life then you are not living for them.
So if you say you are willing to die for your family and loved ones then you should consider changing your mindset to saying I am living for my family and loved ones. Aye!

SMILES or Snow Miles, they count as double. It’s both science and math and oof, it’s tough. Comments from Bob Villa about being maxed on heart rate and in Zone 5 were real. If you haven’t run in snow before, do it. Because when we hit spring, summer and fall you will be a better runner for it.
Chum Bucket becomes more difficult to keep up with by the day. If you are looking for a man to chase who will also help you along the way I’d highly recommend Chum Bucket. Incredible effort and disipline he has.
Ozark seemed to hate the snow and had dreams of going to Sac City later in the day to get out of it but he covered the 6 like a pro. Thank you brother.
Singer has quietly been posting regularly at Run Clubs, former Cross Country runner and has never run in the snow. He said this one hits different.
Bob Villa wore tennis shoes and made fun of our snow/ terrain shoes. His feet were wet but he didn’t get lost or fall down a ravine, so win there.
