Everyone makes mistakes. Too often people try to make excuses or put the blame on someone else. People aren’t defined by the mistakes they make, they are defined by how they react and learn from them. Think of a recent mistake you made, did you own it, accept it and learn from it? Or did you try to pass the blame or make excuses why it wasn’t your fault? This way wastes our time and focus from learning from the mistake and finding the solution.
